Q: Where is the class?

A: At our 3rd ave studio (1581 3rd Ave between 88th and 89th)

Q: How long is the class?

A: One hour

Q: When in the class?

A: We have two classes available on Mondays from 6:30-7:30 and 7:30-8:30.

Q: When can I register for class?

A: Look out for a separate email about registration dates and times

Q: What is the cost of the class?

A: Classes are $30.00 (before tax)

Q: What age students can take this class? 

A: Adult classes are for students 18 and up. Many students will be parents and caregivers of our current ESDC students!

Q: Do I have to be a dancer? 

A: Nope! Our adult classes are for all levels. 

Q: What type of dance is it?

A: Our Adult Classes are Hip Hop dance classes with elements of dance cardio. Prepare to sweat and have a great time!

Q: Who is teaching the class?

A: One of our fantastic ESDC teachers, Ebbie. Check out her incredible bio below:

Brooklyn-born dancer and choreographer Ebbie Jasmine has been moving since the age of three, graduating from New York’s legendary FAME Performing Arts High School and training across ballet, modern, jazz, tap, African, hip-hop, and dancehall. With a Caribbean background fueling her artistry, she has performed alongside icons including Rihanna, Beyoncé, Janelle Monáe, Daddy Yankee, Backstreet Boys, Sean Paul, and 50 Cent, earning recognition for her power, versatility, and presence. Today, Ebbie continues to share her craft not only on stage but also in the classroom, where she channels her passion for teaching, growth, and community into creating spaces of empowerment and connection through movement.

Q: How many classes am I committed to?

A: Classes are drop-in, so you are only committed to one class at a time

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Drop-in classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means you can cancel your class up until Sunday night at 6:30 or 7:30, depending on which class you are registered for.
